Pay the application fee (the fee is 50 yuan, you can choose to complete the payment online, or generate a charging voucher IMM 5401 online, and then go to the bank to pay).

Please send the application form, relevant materials and payment vouchers to the Maple Leaf Card Processing Center of the Immigration Bureau. Be sure to note that when mailing the application documents, the payment vouchers should be placed at the top level. Immigration officials will continue to review other documents after they have opened the letter and seen the voucher. Otherwise, the documents will be returned directly. After receiving the relevant materials, the center will send a letter confirming receipt. This process takes about 6 months.
