We understand that clients need to know about our agency fees before hiring us. We value transparency in our services. Therefore, we want to provide you with some important information about our fees.

We are a law firm focusing on Canadian immigration in downtown Toronto. Our expertise includes spouse or cohabitation partner guaranteed immigration applications, various permanent resident applications, immigration appeals, study or work permit applications, and handling various visa denial decisions. Although we serve the public, we also place emphasis on the interests and equality of niche groups.

At the same time, we guarantee that our services are free of hidden fees. You will receive all the information about the application so that you can make the most correct decision.

We charge a one-time fee for the vast majority of immigration matters. This means that no matter how much time we spend on your case, you only have to pay a fixed fee. This ensures that we handle your case for the best results. If you have specific needs for immigration matters, we also offer low-cost services. The agency fee for this service is calculated based on the number of hours.

For the vast majority of agency fees, customers have the opportunity to pay in installments.

Our agency fees do not include third-party fees, such as application fees. In addition to agency fees, we also need to charge applicable taxes (HST 13% in Ontario).

The following factors may affect our agency fees:

Whether your application includes the number of family members and family members, whether there are previous rejection factors, whether there are unacceptable factors () and levels of urgency.

We offer customer discounts or exempt agency fees based on the case.

30 Minutes Initial Assessment - CAD $150.00

The preliminary assessment provides us with an opportunity to understand you. Clients will get very useful and valuable information during the initial evaluation process. This information is what our customers are looking for. In addition, we will evaluate and plan the best immigration procedures and steps for you.

If you hire us to represent your immigration matters after paying for the first assessment, the fee will be deducted from our agency fees.

Please note that after understanding your situation and information, we can only provide you with the most accurate legal advice. We may also need to conduct some investigations based on your specific circumstances to determine if our legal opinions comply with the latest system. We value our time and professional competence so we cannot provide you with a free preliminary assessment.

We provide preliminary assessments for meetings or teams. If you need to take the initial assessment in person, we will charge an additional CAD $50.00.
