How does it work?
After approving the immigration application, the immigration department will invite you to confirm whether you want to use this website and the email address you use.
The immigration department will create an account for you because you cannot create an account yourself.
Upon receiving your reply, the immigration department will send another email with a link to the portal, as well as instructions on how to log in with a username and temporary password.
You can then log in and create a password, confirm that you are in Canada, update your postal address and upload your photos.
The Immigration Bureau will review whether the photos meet the requirements and can check whether the Immigration Bureau has accepted the photos through the portal. If the photo is too dark, the facial features are not obvious, or there is glare on the photo, you can return it.
Once the photos are accepted, the immigration department will mail the maple leaf card to the address you provide and hope to receive the maple leaf card within one week.
