② Hire in specific departments outside Canada.

Full-time job working from a Canadian business or a public administration in the federal Canadian or Canadian province. Relevant documents are needed to prove the legal employment relationship and reasonable reasons for working abroad.

③Permanent residents living outside Canada. This permanent Canadian resident must be your spouse, cohabitation partner or parent.

Permanent Canadian residents must work full-time in Canadian business or public administration in a federal or provincial Canadian public administration.

(3) Unmet cases 1 and 2
